AWARENESS PROCEDURE AGAINST COVID-19

According to the measures taken by our country, COVID-19, which threatens the health of communities worldwide and has been struggling against all the health authorities for a while, has reached a good point. As La Blanche Hotels, we have taken all our precautions and installed the necessary systems with our management offices and facilities to ensure sustainability. We have given our personnel hygiene and disinfection training; we regularly carry out these trainings.

We are aware of the importance of the sustainability of both the precautions we take and the trainings given to our staff against all viruses in order not to risk the health of our valued guests and employees, especially COVID-19. In this context, we would like to tell you about our hygiene and disinfection procedure.

GENERAL MEASURES

- Personal protection equipment is provided for the staff of all our departments.

- Fire measurements are made regularly for our guests and staff entering the hotel.

- All common areas and rooms have been disinfected with chemicals approved by the Ministry of Health and disinfection processes are carried out regularly.

- All public toilets and baby rooms are disinfected and disinfection gels are also placed in these areas.

TRAINING AND PREVENTION PROTOCOL OF OUR STAFF

  • Service vehicles of our staff are regularly disinfected. Our service drivers and staff use masks in their service vehicles and our services provide half the occupancy due to the social distance usage in the vehicle.
  • Fever measurements are made during the entrance and exit of the hotel, and these measurements are reported and recorded.
  • All of our employees at La Blanche Hotels have been given trainings detailing the COVID-19 pandemic process, including hygiene and disinfection rules; these trainings will continue to be given regularly.
  • In the common areas of our employees, the social distance rule is followed, and at the same time, there are disinfectants at the points they can access continuously in these common areas.

HYGIENE AND DISINFECTION IN COMMON AREAS

  • Maximum 4 people are allowed to use elevators, accordaning to the social distance rule. The hands that are in contact with the hands, such as handles and elevator buttons, are regularly disinfected.
  • Providing hygiene in common areas and disinfection of these areas is a priority in places where there is hand contact, bar counters, armchairs and armchairs, sink faucets, door handles, handrails, disinfection.
  • Hand disinfectants are located at points that you can easily access in common areas and are regularly controled.
  • Fire measurements are made at the entrance and exit of our guests.
  • Pens, forms, and the door and towel cards which are delivered during check-in at our facilities are presented to our guests in disinfected condition.
  • During payment, contactless payment is available on our POS devices, provided that it is valid for certain amounts. Apart from this, our POS devices are regularly disinfected.
  • Luggages are disinfected at the entrance of the facility and then delivered to our valued guests.

HYGIENE AND DISINFECTION IN ACCOMMODATION

  • Before our guests settle in their rooms for accommodation, the rooms are disinfected with fogging machines and ventilated for at least 2 hours.
  • Our staff responsible for room cleaning provides service by wearing protection equipment in accordance with the social distance rule.
  • In all room cleaning, the rooms are disinfected primarily with fogging machines. As in common areas, areas with intensive hand contact, such as controls, drawers and door handles, batteries and telephones are carefully disinfected.
  • Hotel guest amenities are disinfected in every placement.
  • All textile products used in the rooms are washed to the extent that measures can be taken against viruses and offered to our guests.
  • Minibar materials are placed on shelves after being disinfected and stored safely.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

  • Our open buffet service is prohibited under the leadership of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism within the scope of the measures taken against COVID-19. In our ultra all inclusive system, we will have a la carte service in all our food and beverage areas.
  • In our restaurants and bars, the chair and table arrangement has been redesigned according to the social distance rule.
  • There is equipment for hand disinfection at the entrance of our restaurants.
  • Tables and chairs are disinfected after each use, textile products on the table are washed to certain degrees, hygienic are provided, and the materials are offered for use after disinfection.
  • All restaurant and bar materials, such as forks, knives, plates, glasses, are washed in the appropriate degree in the dishwasher and are not hand washed. All these are also disinfected with UVL devices.

BEACH, POOL AND EVENTS

  • In our pools and beaches, sunbed distances are arranged in accordance with the social distance rule.
  • Sunbeds used in pools and beaches, sunbed cushions and cabana stuff and floors are disinfected daily.
  • The rate of chemicals used in pools is used in accordance with the legal disinfection amount and pools are regularly disinfected with chemicals at these rates.
  • The audience order for the shows and music performances in our facilities has been made according to the social distance rule.

MINI CLUB ACTIVITIES

  • Our staff responsible for Mini Club has undergone hygiene training and has the equipment to guide the issue. Their training will continue regularly.
  • Common activity areas that our little guests will use should be disinfected with a fogging machine.
  • Activity materials to be used by our little guests are mostly disposable and materials such as paint, adhesives, toys are disinfected.
