We spent an 11-day vacation in this hotel. It's fantastic. Spacious, well-equipped room with side sea views. Renovated bathroom. Animation, evening events. There's no place for boredom. Clean, big pool, great beach, food, all staff. We will definitely come back here!

Wonderful hotel with an amazing warm and friendly atmosphere! The staff are very attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the animation team for their energy and for creating such a positive mood throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the sports activities: trampoline fitness, Zumba, and yoga. All the classes were fun, professionally organized, and full of positive energy. The entertainment program is excellent, so there is always something enjoyable to do. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic—comfortable, cheerful, and relaxing. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable vacation! We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing hotel! Good rooms, especially the view from the window. The food is also delicious. I would like to especially mention Memet, Kader, Bade, and Nio Balkan for their amazing food. Emirjan is also a very cool DJ ❤️. This is definitely one of my favorite hotels, and I highly recommend it.

Great hotel! A large, cozy, beautiful, and well-maintained area, a private beach designed like a cove without waves, plenty of sunbeds, very comfortable! And most importantly, the friendly and polite staff. There’s a program for every taste; whether you want to drink and stroll or engage in sports, yoga, trampolining, water yoga, aqua aerobics... The trainers are very positive, special thanks to Maria and Bade. And the evening show is just amazing! The animation manager Nio is sweet, attentive, and sociable, spoke Russian, and informed us about everything. Thank you, guys! And the food is very delicious! Everywhere! It's even impossible to highlight something; in the all-inclusive restaurant, there are three more restaurants on the premises. Yulia, the sweet girl at the snack bar who speaks Russian, will guide you and help you! I’m very glad I found this hotel!

I stayed for a work trip during May. The rooms were lovely, well-kept, with an amazing view. All rooms have a balcony to sit and enjoy the view. The food was delicious; there was even a theme night dinner with sushi. Pina 24 is open 24/7, and Miss Fatma from there is excellent at her job; she had a warm smile and great attitude even though we went there in the middle of the night. Also, if you find Mr. Berkan in the lobby bar, make sure to ask him to shake you their signature lilith cocktail. Super delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I thank all the staff who made our stay unforgettable.

What an amazing place! Stayed for a week with my partner & never wanted to leave. Spent a majority of the time around the lovely pool & on the beachfront, downing whatever cocktail we fancied this time. Bar staff are all really friendly & helpful. Entertainment was great & had a lot of variety. Maria was especially amazing, would come over to us just to chat; really made us feel welcomed & appreciated.

Amazing hotel! Great food, comfortable and clean rooms, and a beautiful beach. The entertainment team was fantastic - friendly, fun, and made every day enjoyable. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back! Erkam is the best!

We planned our little getaway before the holiday at this hotel, and I'm so glad we did. Our satisfaction started at the hotel entrance and continued throughout our stay. Thanks to the friendly and solution-oriented staff, there was no chance of anything going wrong. We stayed in a superior room, and the amenities were above standard. The food was delicious; you could find something to please you at any hour of the day. But I especially want to mention the animation team because they are incredibly organized. There is an activity almost every hour of the day: workshops, evening shows, live music, daytime activities... They can organize suitable activities for everyone. It can't be easy to manage such an operation flawlessly every day. We didn't have a child, but the couple we made friends with by the sunbeds had kids, and they said positive things about the mini club; they felt safe leaving their children there.

The hotel was amazing!! Me and Tom played darts every day with Erkan which kept us entertained and was fun. We went for a spa day which was amazing, we are so happy!! And the boat ride, even though it rained a little, we still managed to take a dip in the sea and have plenty of drinks. The rooms were kept tidy and very clean, all staff friendly and welcoming. The best part was the snack bar, great food and amazing Pornstar Martinis. Erkan introduced us to the 9:30pm evening show which was the highlight of the evening. We will be back!

We were very pleased with our stay. First of all, all the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and presented a professional image with their clean uniforms. The service quality and the food offered at the snack restaurant were truly wonderful. The Guest Relations lady who welcomed us at check-in was also very professional and successful in attending to the guests.
